Processing Time

All CITYWEAR products are made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships. During high demand periods or new drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the United States, depending on your location. International orders may take 7 to 20 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

Delayed or Lost Packages

CITYWEAR is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our fulfillment center. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can help investigate.
